ICom Website redesign
User Research and UX Design
We produced a responsive website redesign for desktop and mobile. We honed in on clarifying the mission statement, accentuating membership benefits and improving the information architecture and Hierarchy.
Project overview
Problem- How might we assure that the ICOM US provides American Museum Employees with accurate information about membership benefits based on the increased number of purchased membership, hit rates and returning users?
What we did- We produced a responsive website redesign for desktop and mobile. We honed in on clarifying the mission statement, accentuating membership benefits and improving the information architecture and Hierarchy.
My contributions- I Specialize in research so I was tasked with finding what the problems were with the current website by creating interview scripts and conducting interviews to better understand how we could take on those problems. I also contributed in parts of the redesign for the mobile and desktop prototypes.
